In 2018, I quit my dream job in the White House for a minimum wage fitness gig with one goal on mind: ACTUALLY CHANGE LIVES. In the years that followed, I would work 60+ hours a week churning clients in and out of classes and sessions, developing insane burnout patterns that affected my ability to serve my clients (I'm sure you can relate).

WHY SAVAGE?
My business is a constant reminder of where I came from, who I got my drive from, and the NAME I want to make for myself. . My grandparents played a huge role in who I am today – Pete and Mary Ann Savage. When I quit my job in the White House, I was really embarrassed that they would be extremely disappointed in me for “giving up” on my dream.
So when I launched my business 1 year later, I confidently named it SAVAGE TRAINING because there was no way I would let my family name down. These are the people who raised me. The people who taught me to be an ethical leader, a tactical executor, and maybe a little *savage* with my approach.
